My beans are just coming in and I grow a lot of beans.
First, wash and cut up your beans.
Prepare your jars.
Next, ladle boiling water over your beans leaving 1" headspace.
Now release any air bubbles in your jars with a table knife.
Wipe the rim of your jar with a clean, damp cloth.
Center your lid on the jar opening.
Screw your ring onto the jar until finger tight.
Set your jars on the rack in your pressure canner and process.
Remove and let your jars cool in an area free of drafts.
