Beans!

My beans are just coming in and I grow a lot of beans.
They taste good, they're easy to raise and prolifically produce.
Most of my beans are grown in raised beds.

First, wash and cut up your beans.

Prepare your jars.
Put ½ teaspoon of canning salt in each pint jar and pack your beans.

Next, ladle boiling water over your beans leaving 1" headspace.

Now release any air bubbles in your jars with a table knife.

Wipe the rim of your jar with a clean, damp cloth.

Center your lid on the jar opening.

Screw your ring onto the jar until finger tight.

Set your jars on the rack in your pressure canner and process.

Remove and let your jars cool in an area free of drafts.
