Butter Powder distributed by The Millennium Market

The butter powder did not come with any directions on how to reconstitute the powder.
When I opened the can it made a whoosh consistent with a good seal.

The powder inside the can was loose, but slightly clumpy.

I tried a 1:1 ratio of 1 tablespoon butter powder to 1 tablespoon warm water.
It was still loose after chilling for several hours.
Next I tried a 2:1 ratio, and got the right consistency.

Using the 2:1 ratio of butter powder to warm water, whip until smooth.

Pour into a mold to chill overnight for a hard spread.

This has a nice flavor that is just slightly milkier than fresh butter.
It worked well as a spread and for baking.
